বায়োগ্রাফি: James Matthew Barrie was born to Margaret Ogilvy and David Barrie and moderately successful weaver in Scotland and is the famous creator of Peter Pan. He was the 9th of 10 siblings. All of them were educated for a professional career. He married actress Mary Ansell in 1894. He was made a Baronet by King George V on June 14, 1913, and a member of the Order of Merit in the 1922 New Year Honours chiefly because of the success of Peter Pan which outshone his other works as well. and a member of the Order of Merit in the 1922 New Year Honours. Before his death, he gave the rights to the Peter Pan works to Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London, which continues to benefit from them.
